This means that the mac sheets are NOT in stock, and I will order once my minimum order quantity is met. I plan to order the mac sheets end of May (or earlier if all listed stock is gone) and this means they will be sent out by mid June. Please take note of this!

Also handy for meringues, choux pastry, biscuits, cookies etc.
The flexible, non-stick silicone makes turning out easy
Use the opposite side for normal baking on silicone!

Available as 57 ridge for small macarons or 18 ridge for big "gourmet" macarons.
